1. Workshops & Courses

  • All workshop/course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once registration is confirmed.
  • In case of any technical issues from our side, appropriate support or alternative access will be provided.
  • If a workshop is canceled by us, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

2. Handmade Products (Sarees, Artwork, etc.)

  • Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, design, or pattern are natural and not considered defects.
  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Proof of damage (photos/videos) must be provided

4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

5. Replacement Policy

  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund (subject to availability)

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Workshop/course enrollments
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

7. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the issue is from our side
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
