- Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier services

- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout
- Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on selected products

- Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp
- You can track your order using the provided tracking link

- Please ensure your shipping address is correct

9. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos
- In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue
